Who:
Individuals and businesses alike can order all our products from our online shop. Businesses can input their VAT-number and will receive an invoice after their order.

Payment:
We accept payments through bank transfer (only inside EU), through PayPal and credit cards. During the last phase of ordering you can select your preferred payment option. If you choose bank transfer we will send an e-mail with all the data to fulfill the payment.
If you choose payment though PayPal or credit card you will be sent directly to the PayPal website after ordering. Here you can safely and securely pay with your PayPal account or directly input your credit card data (in case you do not have a PayPal account or do not wish to create one).

Shipping:
We ship orders worldwide. Orders will be shipped out within 48-72 hours after we receive your order. All orders will be shipped from Belgium through registered shipping through “De Post” ( www.post.be ) or through “UPS” ( www.ups.be ). We always choose the best shipping method for your order! In either case you will need to sign on receiving the package. We will not ship by means of “cash on delivery”. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped.

Delivery:
Shipments can take 2 weeks in the EU, outside of the EU it can take 4 weeks.

Customs:
Within the EU you won’t have to pay extra charges! Outside of the EU it is possible that your national customs agency charges extra, we are not responsible for these charges.

Lost or damaged shipments:
1. damaged shipments:
If your shipment is delivered to you in a damaged package please refuse the shipment and let it be sent back to us! When the damaged package returns to us we will ship a new package to you.
2. damaged goods:
If the package is not damaged but the contents is then please contact us and we will sort out the problem.
3. lost shipments:
If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time please contact us and we will sort out the problem. 

Returning items and refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods you can ship them back to us within 5 days of receipt. The return shipment should be shipped registered and the goods need to be in unused and undamaged state! When we receive the shipment we will refund the money, please note that we will not refund shipping costs or transaction costs (bank transaction, PayPal costs, etc)! We will not add any re-stock costs.
